Jose Lugo is the President/CEO of Recovery Coaching Services. He has over 39 years of a combined lived and educational experience in field of Substance Use Disorders. He is Bilingual and Bi-cultural. Enjoys Hiking, Riding Mountain Bikes, Kayaking, Exercising, Yoga, Meditation and Cooking New Recipes (sometimes they come out good, LOL).
