The Recovery Coaches create an individual plan for each client and family based on their specific needs.

Plans

Plans are crafted for each individual with many components in mind, some of which are:

  • Chemical Dependence Recovery
  • Education and Employment
  • Personal Goals in Recovery
  • Relationships
  • Mental Health Issues
  • Living Arrangements

When each individual plan is created, the individual is offered numerous workshops that will help them along the road to recovery. These workshops include:

  • Experiencing Recovery
  • Feelings/Emotions Management
  • Relapse Prevention
  • Pathways to Recovery
  • Families

Along with these workshops, peer support groups are offered. When appropriate, referrals are made to individual and group counseling with experienced professionals.
