I’m a person in long term recovery. Addiction is something that has a very unexpected outcome. My outcome left me empty wanting change but not knowing how to change old habits with no knowledge on what to do differently. June 1st, 2021, I got a second chance at life. By July 12th the following year, I was granted my certificate of completion from judge Johnson. That feeling of completing the hardest thing I have ever did showed me that anything is possible. At that exact moment I was given a message to provide hope and help others achieve the same freedom from addiction, however that path may look like, I’m committed to help achieve that goal or any goal set in place to better the lives of those around me.
