David Rotenberg

David Rotenberg is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Recovery Coach that brings more than 30 years of clinical and executive leadership to Recovery Coaching Services. He most recently served as Chief Clinical Officer at Turnbridge, and represented the organization nationally as a speaker and ambassador. Prior to Turnbridge, David held senior leadership roles at Caron Treatment Centers, including Interim Co-CEO, Chief Clinical Officer, and Executive Vice President of Treatment. In these positions, he led clinical and operational functions across multiple campuses, designed and implemented innovative programs, managed crisis response, and recruited and developed top-tier clinical talent. After decades in senior leadership, David is intentionally returning to the work he values most, working directly with individuals and their families, providing guidance, stability, and support during critical moments in the recovery journey. His background also includes academic experience as an adjunct professor of psychology and extensive hands-on clinical work with adolescents and families. David holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced certifications and industry recognition.
