Luke Stopper

Luke Stopper is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Recovery Coaching Services (RCS). With 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Luke has primarily focused on working with individuals struggling with substance use disorder. Throughout his career, he has witnessed many individuals seeking a better way of life, finding the support and skills needed to achieve their goals. Luke began his career in 2005 as a social worker. He spent the majority of his professional career at Caron Treatment Centers, where he held various roles, including Senior Director of Young Men’s Services. Prior to joining RCS, Luke served as the Chief Strategy Officer for a sober living organization in New York, NY. Luke completed his undergraduate studies at Villanova University and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Penn State University. In his free time, Luke enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
