Megan Welsh
Megan brings valuable experience to the team through her prior work with Community Services Agency. As a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), she has played an essential role at RCS by helping individuals navigate challenges in early recovery. Megan became a Recovery Coach because she wanted to give back what was given to her when she entered recovery over 10 years ago. Her own journey through recovery has fueled her passion for helping others find their own path to a healthier and more fulfilling life. Megan’s recovery pathway is supported through Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings, and she actively engages in individual therapy while prioritizing self-care to maintain balance and focus. When working with Megan, participants can expect a supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental environment. She provides the guidance and support needed to help each individual progress at their own pace, while always feeling respected and understood. Outside of her professional life, Megan enjoys attending sports events with her kids, especially soccer, basketball, and wrestling. She also coaches soccer, which serves as a form of self-care. Above all, Megan takes immense pride in being a great mom—a role she considers to be one of her greatest strengths and skills.
