I am a person in long term recovery free by the grace of God. I have 29 years of lived experience and 5 years in recovery. I also work at Caron foundation; I was a patient there in 2018. and want to give my experience, strength, hope to others who struggle with this disease as we understand each other and encourage them also. They can do it one day at a time, one second at a time if needed.

I have three boys, My hobbies are enjoying nature, reading, meditation and vacationing.
