Sharon Reber
Sharon is a Recovery Coach with over three and a half years of personal recovery experience. Her journey is deeply personal, shaped by growing up in a family impacted by addiction and navigating her own path through substance use and recovery. Today, she is thriving and uses her lived experience to guide and support others on their journeys.
Sharon became a recovery coach with the goal of making a meaningful, positive impact in the lives of others. She believes that while people may lose their way, recovery offers a path back to purpose, connection, and self-worth. Grounded in the belief that everyone is worthy and capable of change, Sharon is passionate about helping individuals rediscover their strength and rebuild their lives.
Her approach incorporates relapse prevention strategies, therapy, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), allowing her to support participants through a well-rounded and individualized recovery process. Sharon’s coaching style is rooted in compassion, understanding, and advocacy. She provides a judgment-free space where participants can feel supported, motivated, and empowered to achieve and maintain sobriety.
Sharon equips those she works with the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to create lasting change. Her goal is to help individuals not only recover, but to truly thrive.
Outside of her work, Sharon enjoys reading, knitting, creating art, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time helping others.
